Pakistan delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Standard delivery across Pakistan is estimated at 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on city, courier load, weather, public holidays, and service coverage.

Order confirmation

Cash on delivery orders may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch. If we cannot confirm an order or delivery details look incomplete, dispatch may be delayed until the customer responds.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee is shown at checkout before the order is placed. Free shipping may apply when the cart reaches the active free-shipping threshold shown on the store.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details are shared after the parcel leaves us. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take time to appear after pickup.

Delivery attempts

Please keep your phone active after placing an order. If the courier cannot reach you, refuses delivery, or the address is incomplete, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-dispatch may require a new shipping fee.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected window, contact us with your order number. We will check with the courier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
